Tomorrow Is the Hardest Part

Tomorrow is the hardest part

There are times when you just sit quietly and think about the days when life felt like worth remembering.

You replay the best moments in your head — not because you want to live in the past, but because for just one moment those memories make you feel alive again.

And then → you return to the present.

Nothing feels the same. You live. You get through one more day and somehow that becomes the only thing you know how to do.

Sometimes people surround you and remind you of the mistakes you made, the things you have done differently, and how it is sometimes time to let go of it.

This isn’t the frustration I am talking about, it’s the
aloneness.

Aloneness — where you can be surrounded by people and still feel like you are facing everything by yourself.

Maybe we are all alone in some way or other and that’s
just a part of life. But no one really tells you how to deal with it, the next day, when you don’t know what are you looking for.

Getting through today is one thing
But
knowing how to face tomorrow → that’s the hardest part.
